Both Helena and I have traveled extensively and lived abroad for many years, so we have very specific ideas of what it means to travel. We believe that one of the best ways to access a truly authentic experience of a culture is through its food. To that end, we create in-house cooking classes with top regional chefs and a variety of onsite workshops.

The essence of our philosophy is authenticity: we want our guests to interact on an intimate level with Catalan culture— with the landscape, local traditions, and individuals.
